Refund and Cancellation Policy

Blue Saturns is operated by VAIBHAV COUTURE LLP. This policy covers cancellations and refunds for purchases on our website.

Order cancellations

Contact us before dispatch to request cancellation. Once an order has shipped, the applicable return process may be used after delivery. If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid will be refunded.

Refund eligibility

Eligible returns requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, approved cancellations, duplicate charges, and damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products may qualify for refunds. For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, except for a reasonable fit trial. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days following successful inspection and approval, or confirmation of an eligible cancellation. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to credit funds. Prepaid orders are generally refunded to the original payment method; Cash on Delivery refunds, where applicable, may be sent to a verified bank account or another agreed lawful method.
